Security of procedures

Dear Guests,

Due to the current epidemic situation in Poland and for the health and safety of you, your families and our hotel employees, we have introduced new safety and hygiene rules.
We hope that the improvements we have applied will allow you to fully enjoy your stay, in a healthy and peaceful atmosphere.

We are open to any comments that will allow us to improve the quality of our services.


General information

  • we use specialized and certified chemicals that ensure a high level of microbiological safety
  • only persons registered or taking part in ongoing meetings are allowed to stay in the hotel
  • we do not accept Guests for quarantine purposes
  • in the case of high temperature or other flu-like symptoms that may indicate COVID-19, please refrain from coming
  • for Guests who develop symptoms that may indicate COVID-19 during their stay at the hotel, we have prepared a room where they can be temporarily isolated
  • in the entrance zone to the hotel there is information about the maximum number of people who can stay at the Hotel and a hand sanitizer
  • please keep a distance of 2 meters from other Guests
  • Guests are required to wear masks while moving around in the common areas of the hotel
  • hotel elevators are disinfected regularly. Please use the elevators individually, except people staying together in the same room
  • there is a hand sanitizer on each floor next to the elevators
  • in each public toilet on the premises of the hotel, instructions on how to properly and effectively wash hands are displayed in a visible place, and there is a hand sanitizer
  • we regularly disinfect places particularly exposed to touch, such as: door handles, buttons, switches, handrails, tables in general areas, parking devices, and regularly ventilate common areas



  • we have introduced a security zone in front of the reception to keep a safe distance between Guests
  • we minimize the time necessary to carry out the check-in procedure at the reception desk, for the shortest possible presence of our Guests in this zone
  • we encourage to non-cash payments; prepayment to the hotel’s account and authorization to charge the credit card are also possible
  • the invoice for the stay can be sent by e-mail
  • we regularly disinfect places particularly exposed to touch, such as table tops, terminals, other devices within the reception area
  • we have removed the most frequently touched elements of equipment, such as: press, brochures, maps, leaflets
  • room cards are disinfected after each use by guests. The covers for the cards are replaced each time




  • we have introduced the sale of rooms in a rotation system; after the Guest’s departure, each room is blocked for re-sale for a minimum of 24 hours
  • hotel rooms are thoroughly disinfected, ozonated and aired
  • we do not provide cleaning services during the Guest’s stay, but we can change bed linen or towels on request. The exchange always takes place in the Guest’s absence
  • faults in the room are removed only after the Guest has checked out. In exceptional circumstances, defects may be removed during the stay, always in the Guest’s absence
  • we have removed the contents of the minibars to prevent Guests from touching the bottles. The assortment of minibars is available for purchase at the reception
  • we have removed the most frequently touched elements of equipment, such as: folders, brochures, leaflets



  • in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11th February 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 267) until 28th February 2021 breakfast for Guests is served to the rooms, in the form of sets, for an hour agreed with Guests
  • the Oranżeria Restaurant and the Klimt Cafe remain closed until further notice, it is possible to organize a meal for groups traveling together or for conference / training groups, by prior arrangement


Conference rooms

  • we have introduced the rotational system of organizing conferences in conference rooms; as far as possible the next use of the conference room takes place minimum 48 hours after the previous conference group
  • whenever possible, we organize conferences in rooms with openable windows to ensure airing during the event
  • before each conference, technical services disinfect tables, chair backs and other conference equipment in the hall
  • conference rooms are ozonated and aired between events
  • we ensure the availability of hand sanitizer for conference participants


 Fitness center

  • the center remains closed until 28th February 2021, in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11th February 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 267)



  • all hotel employees are trained in the use of special security measures and precautions in terms of COVID-19 virus prevention, we conduct an information campaign for staff on taking special precautions according to the recommendations of GIS and WHO
  • all our employees make a self-assessment of their health before coming to work, we have introduced temperature measurement and verification if there are no flu-like symptoms before employees start work
  • employees are required to wear masks when moving around in the common areas of the hotel
  • we have introduced additional disinfection of common spaces for employees, and procedures to minimize contact between employees
  • we ensure the availability of hand sanitizer for employees and all necessary personal protective equipment
